Tell us about your smoke or fire loss. We represent policyholders across Texas, and a claim review comes with no obligation.
What happens after you submit
A licensed public adjuster with Rise Public Adjusting LLC will review what you send and contact you by phone, text, or email to talk through your loss. We will ask a few questions about what happened, where the claim stands, and what the insurance company has said so far.
From there, we can tell you whether we think we may be able to help and what the next step would be. Requesting a review does not create a contract or obligate you to anything. Representation begins only if you decide to sign a written agreement.
What to have handy (optional)
If you have them, these can make the first conversation more useful:
- Photos or video of the damage
- Your insurance company's estimate or any letters you have received
- Your policy or declarations page
- A rough list of damaged contents
What we don't need yet
You don't need a policy number or claim number to reach out. You don't need to have filed a claim, finished an inventory, or gathered every document. If you are early in the process, that is fine. Tell us what you know.

When to expect a response
We respond to requests as quickly as we can. Response times vary with the number of requests we are handling, so if your matter involves a deadline from your insurer, mention it in your message or call us directly.
